Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received it
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift items
- Personalized or custom products
How to Request a Return
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To initiate a return, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- A brief explanation of the issue
We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to product defects or damage, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
