Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Other International Locations: May vary based on destination
Please note that delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over:
- $59 (standard international shipping)
Orders below these amounts will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
